Shipping Policy
DM Estate Vineyards passes on to our customer our negotiated shipping rates which are the lowest shipping rates in the mail-order wine industry. Rates are calculated by product / total weight / zone. We connect directly to our shipper and all discounts are passed on to our customers. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding normally observed holidays. If you place an order on Saturday, Sunday, or a normally observed holiday, your order will be processed the next business day thereafter so you can get your wine shipped to your door as soon as possible. Return & Exchange Policy
DM Estate Vineyards guarantees all its products and services. DM Estate Vineyards will gladly refund, replace or credit orders that do not meet your expectation. DM Estate Vineyards is not responsible for shipping refunds if an order is cancelled after it leaves our dock.
