Welcome to DM Estate Vineyards! All orders placed through our website are fulfilled by licensed entities operating in California, and title to the wine passes to the buyer in California. We want to ensure that our customers understand that we do not make representations regarding the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state outside of California. It is important to note that the buyer assumes full responsibility for the shipment of wines.

By placing an order with us, you authorize DM Estate Vineyards to act on your behalf in processing the order, which may include engaging a common carrier for delivery. Additionally, please be aware that wines may only be sold and delivered to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. Upon delivery, the recipient must be of legal drinking age and will be required to show identification verifying their age.

We want to ensure that all our offers and promotions comply with relevant laws and regulations. Therefore, it's important to note that all offers are void where prohibited by law and are not applicable to individuals under 21 years old. Additionally, due to state alcohol regulations, items may not be given away for "free." Offers may include free gifts or incentives, but these are provided at an overall discounted price.
